Take on one or more of our slightly quirky creative media challenges and amaze yourself with what you can accomplish. Our challenges are open to all school-age students (supported by a helpful adult).
Our ethos is simple: We want you to push your creative boundaries and we in return celebrate every single child who takes part, because you are awesome in our book!
All of our resources are completely free, and we proudly advocate using free software and accessible devices, it’s amazing what you can create right on a smartphone.
Plus, we believe in giving back. That’s why a healthy portion of our low-cost team entry fees goes directly to supporting great charities.

Giving back 2026
At 48 Hour Media, our ethos is to have community responsibility at the heart of what we do. We support the incredible work charities that focus on young people’s health and mental well-being.
This year our challengers and their families have helped us raise £1,100 which will be split between Young Minds UK and Medicinema.
